Announcement on the Evaluation Result of Concept Proposal for the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
2016年7月21日，由深圳市特發(fā)集團(tuán)有限公司組織的《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)概念性總體規(guī)劃方案國(guó)際競(jìng)賽》概念提案評(píng)審會(huì)在深圳召開(kāi)。來(lái)自青島、廣州、深圳的7名專(zhuān)家組成了評(píng)審專(zhuān)家委員會(huì)。
On July 21st, 2016, the Evaluation Meeting of Concept Proposal for the International Competition of the Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen. The jury panel was constituted by seven experts from Qingdao, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
評(píng)審專(zhuān)家對(duì)9家設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)（含聯(lián)合體，下同）提交的自動(dòng)演示文件及概念提案進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真審閱和討論，并通過(guò)記名投票方式評(píng)選出了下列4家獲得正式設(shè)計(jì)邀請(qǐng)的機(jī)構(gòu)和1家備選機(jī)構(gòu)：
The jury panel reviewed and carried out discussion on all automatic presentation documents and concept proposals submitted by the nine design firms (including consortiums, similarly hereinafter). According to the disclosed voting result, four finalists who will receive the Formal Invitation and one alternative are as follow:

主辦單位將向4家獲得正式設(shè)計(jì)邀請(qǐng)的機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)出《編制正式設(shè)計(jì)成果邀請(qǐng)函》，受邀請(qǐng)參與正式設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)按技術(shù)任務(wù)書(shū)相關(guān)要求編制正式設(shè)計(jì)成果。未獲邀請(qǐng)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)也可自費(fèi)開(kāi)展正式設(shè)計(jì)，其提交的正式設(shè)計(jì)成果符合技術(shù)任務(wù)書(shū)要求的也可參加正式設(shè)計(jì)成果階段的評(píng)審，除不能獲得設(shè)計(jì)成本費(fèi)外，與4家受邀的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)有同等獲得優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)金和整合深化任務(wù)的機(jī)會(huì)。
The Organizer will issue the Invitation to Formulate the Design Scheme to the four finalists, who shall formulate the design scheme according to relevant requirements of the Design Brief. Those design firms that fail to get an invitation can carry out the design on their own cost. If their deliverables meet the requirements set in the Design Brief, they can take part in the evaluation of final deliverables. Except the design fees, they enjoy equal opportunity to get the bonus and commission to integrate and deepen the planning deliverables as the invited design firms.
